Want to know what it's like to work with me?

ASK MY FAMILY!

They like to imitate me.

[1 MIN VIDEO]

⬜⬜⬜ HOW IT STARTED ⬜⬜⬜

I walked into the room and

found my son imitating me with a client.

I realized that he was pretty dead on.

My wife & daughter were pretty accurate as well.

So then I asked them to let me record them doing so.

What better way for potential clients

to understand what it's like

to work with me?

🟨🟨🟨 WHAT I SAY 🟨🟨🟨

Since launching #Rev(X)

they hear me asking far more questions

related to revenue.

Things like....

• Did you MEDDPICC it?

• Who’s the economic buyer?

• Let's look at your pipeline.

• What’s your gap to target?

• Why 𝘸𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥𝘯'𝘵 you hit target?

• Why 𝘸𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥𝘯’𝘵 this deal close?

• Do you have a close plan?

• What’s blocking progress?

• What are you doing about that?

• What’s the single most important action to take?

• What’s the most important question to ask them?

• Why not c͟a͟l͟l͟ them?

• Why not call them n͟o͟w͟?

• Revenue covers all sins.

🟧🟧🟧 MY INTENTION 🟧🟧🟧

I'm fairly relentless,

even with the most seasoned #CRO.

Because everyone needs this:

Someone...

→ Comparing narratives to numbers

→ Challenging them to action

→ Pressure-testing certainty

→ Identifying blindspots

→ Sharpening focus

Especially in revenue.

Where $100's K or millions are at stake.

𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝘆,

𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗱𝗼:

𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 $𝟭𝟬𝟬𝘀 𝗞 𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱𝗻'𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲.

🟥🟥🟥 CULTURE 🟥🟥🟥

Ask these questions enough,

starting at the top,

then to sales mgmt,

then to IC reps...

...and they start expecting it,

asking it of each other,

asking it of themselves,

a cultural shift will happen.

Our language

the questions we ask

🟩🟩🟩 ACTION 🟩🟩🟩

If you're a #CEO or #CRO

and you want help asking the hard questions

Macy Tanking or myself

can explain how we get in the trenches & deals

as one of our approaches to transforming revenue.
